Not really sure, Kenpachi can take a lot of punishment. His zanpacto seems to only have the power to graze people with it's blades, that wouldn't slow Kenpachi at all. He would just charge forward. Byakuya would have to use Bankai and really dig those blades in him, but Kenpachi would come at him to try and force him into the kind of sword fight he likes.It would be really hard to deceide. One thing I can say, Byakuya's body can't stand up to the two handed kendo he used on Nnoitra, that would just pass right through him.
